Avon Mulch LLC – Mulch, Soil, and Rock Delivery Terms of Service
1. Delivery Services
Avon Mulch LLC (“Company”) provides delivery services for mulch, soil, and rock products to residential and commercial locations. Customers must provide accurate delivery details to ensure efficient service.
2. Scheduling & Availability
Deliveries are scheduled based on availability. The Company will make every effort to complete deliveries on the agreed date; however, delays may occur due to weather conditions, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Location & Access
Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for Company vehicles. The Company is not responsible for issues arising due to restricted access, obstacles, or unsuitable terrain. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional fees may apply.
4. Product Placement & Dumping
Materials will be unloaded at the designated drop site as instructed by the customer. The Company is not responsible for spreading, moving, or relocating the materials after delivery. Once materials are dumped, they cannot be moved by the Company.
5. Pricing & Payment
All deliveries must be paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Additional fees may apply for expedited or special delivery requests.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule or cancel a delivery with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may incur a fee.
7. Liability & Damages
The Company is not liable for any damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or other property caused by the unloading process. Customers assume responsibility for selecting a suitable drop location.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of mulch, soil, and rock materials, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered and unloaded. If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must notify the Company within 24 hours for resolution.
9. Agreement Acceptance
By placing an order for delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
